How's it going, Pete! I got busy doing nothing at all and got uninvolved in a number of projects, DA included. I had extended my morning work-outs and increased the intensity. This served to wear me out. I tried some photography, but was never satisfied with the results. The weather here didn't help either. We had ~6 weeks of 90-100 deg. F and 98% RH. This kind of weather served to slow down a geezer like me. Thanks for the fav and the posting!

Glad to hear you are fine, Walt! Be as much uninvolved in projects as you want. Real life always comes first. I am fine, thank you, still swimming - just as hot here :) And you are very welcome :)

My ability to un-involve myself comes from my desire to never be near the scene of the crime.
As far as cardio related exercise, I now call the treadmills at the gym 'walkers'! The weights are going good though.

I think this is an Allen's. It's difficult to distinguish between the Rufous and the Allen's. This little guy is (relatively) mild mannered compared to the very aggressive Rufous, so I'm pretty sure is's an Allen's. Thanks for the compliment and the favorite.
